Industrialization spread
Engulfing the earth,
Fattening every profiteer.
Just like wildfires
Polymers spread
Wrapping the earth,
Now succumbing to death.
Just like wildfires
Opioids and AR-15s spread
Punishing the innocent,
Sending them to grave.
Just like wildfires
AI and robotics will soon spread
In a world that hasn’t learned,
Led by sloth policymakers,
Soon to be devoured alive
By their own wildfires.
