In his orange vest, my neighbour sits in his backyard every afternoon after work, smoking. He cleared the ground when it was finally spring. Now on the fifth day of summer, he kneels on the ground planting seedlings in neat rows. Under this noontime heat? I hope his seedlings survive 22 degrees Centigrade! MLJ/26/06/2022
