ICMC-PRPC 1990-1993
How fortunate could I get? After tutoring expats in Manila for three years, I got the chance to teach ESL/EFL in the refugee camp in Bataan, continue my teacher training, meet new friends, and make a difference in the lives of hundreds of Indo-Chinese refugees. (These are the actual boats the refugees rode in to escape their war-torn countries.)
